Log into your Khadims account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item.

Pack the Item

Place the unused product in its original box along with all tags and the invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

Handover to Courier

A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

Quality Check & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
